“The property is in a quiet location and a beautiful setting. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Internet TV was very spotty. It was easy to hear other people outside the rooms. This would be a great property for a few friends or families to stay in one place and have common areas to be together. There is no complimentary breakfast.”

“When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

“The room is perfect. It's so much more affordable than the other dozen hotels in the area. We were just evicted from my home after my identity was stolen. My landlord lied and stole EVERYTHING from my home, cars, and family and our stay here is the first time we have felt safe in months. The staff are soooo kind and friendly that our youngest wants to live HERE FOREVER!!! THANK YOU 10/5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Everything from the rugs in the lobby, to the waffle maker, to the bathroom, to the pool was just filthy. Staff were not bothered by the state of the rooms, breakfast area, or pool. Unless it's a last resort, I would not recommend. ”

“We did not get to the pool. The breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. No complaints and it met our need for a one night stay. ”

“The devil is in the details and this Hampton failed at the details. The sink soap dispenser was empty as was the shower shampoo dispenser. The headboard of the bed was on the bathroom wall so all water noises were heard. Worst of all the shower had a steady drip that required us to use a towel on the floor to dampen the maddening sound. The coup de gras was there was NO regular coffee when we went to breakfast. We didn't have time to wait around for more to be brewed and had to purchase coffee...
